TemplesCare, LLC – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TemplesCare, LLC. Because our products are created on-demand

specifically for each order, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or

incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

 

 

Returns

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

• Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

• Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

 

Refunds & Replacements

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• To process your request, email us at admin@templescarellc.com with:

• • Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement at no cost

• Issue a refund to your original payment method (within 7–10 business days)

 

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@templescarellc.com.

 

 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, a new order must be placed.

 

Shipping Issues

TemplesCare, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If an item is lost in transit

or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
